Jessica is one of the partners at Shrubbery Dental Practice. She qualified as a dental surgeon in 2011 from Birmingham after completing an honours degree in Biomedical Materials Science.
Her Grandad Geoffrey Clarke was the founder of the practice which started providing dental care in the early 1950’s. She is very proud to follow in his footsteps as a dentist and joined the family practice in October 2014 after working as a private and NHS dentist in both Evesham and Bristol.
Jessica is committed to providing the highest quality care and is enthusiastic about continuing her professional development by attending many post-graduate courses.
She has recently embarked on a 15 month postgraduate course in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry with her Business Partner and Mother Sally-Anne, based in Manchester with specialists Neil Wilson and Amin Aminian, which she is thoroughly enjoying.
I am passionate about providing the best dental care possible in the most relaxed atmosphere we can. I feel very fortunate to have had my mother as my dentist and have never suffered dental anxiety myself so strive to provide the same level of care and kindness. My aim is to provide care for my patients to enable them to attain excellent dental health and smile with confidence.
I would only ever provide care and treatment to others that I would be happy for my family to receive and the most rewarding part of my job is building trust and relationships with my patients. We are so lucky in the current dental world that we have many options to solve problems and I enjoy discussing all options to make decisions together and tailoring care to each person as an individual no matter how simple or extensive a problem may seem.
The most rewarding part of my career is feedback from my patients. This makes me continue to strive for excellence and the biggest compliment is being recommended to friends and family.
Jessica enjoys arts and crafts, music, travel and writing children’s books and is learning to play golf. She loves spending time with family and friends and walking her two Jack Russell’s called Bear and Bonnie.
